How to Set Up an Employee/Recipient

  1. Recipients are typically added as part of the process of creating the W-2 form or the 1099 form . If you would like to create a recipient using the Master List, click the File Menu and select Recipients from the list to open the Recipient/Employee Master List

  2. On the Recipient/Employee Master List screen, click the Add button located in the lower right hand corner of the screen

  3. This opens the Add a Recipients Record form

  4. When you have completed the information on the form click the OK button
  5. This will close the form and save the Recipient information to the Master ListEmployee_Recipients_master_list.jpg
